The starter saws in the MEBAbase series are suitable for a wide ranfe of applications and are reliable all-rounders. Whether for your hobby in the garage, craftsmen or metalworkers - there is something for everyone.
The portfolio ranges from smalll manual miter saws to automatic straight-cutting machines and is therefore the basis for your workshop.
The universally applicable MEBAbase 24 DG-HS mitre band saw is ergonomically sophisticated and has an optimum price-performance ratio.
Simple central operation.
Standard equipment of the MEBAbase 24 DG-HS
- MEBA miter system: Large, pivoting table prevents sawing into the material support surface - low wear costs! The material is always clamped at right angles close to the saw blade.
- Manual miter adjustment from 90° - 30°, infinitely variable according to scale to 1.0° accuracy.
- The miter pivot point is the intersection point between the saw blade and the material system, which is why the length dimension does not change when the angle position changes.
- End stops at 30° - 45° - 90° - 45°
- Hydraulic material clamping. The material is clamped parallel at 90° for every angular position of the saw frame.
- Central machine operation
- Cutting pressure reduction due to the dead weight of the heavy, torsion-resistant saw frame and fine adjustment depending on the material cross-section via hydraulic damping cylinder and weight compensation spring.
- Saw blade drive with limit stop

This roller conveyor, specially developed for the MEBAbase 24 DG-HS, ensures safe and even material feed. With a working height of 900 mm and a closed support surface, it offers optimum support for your sawing work.
