Basic equipment of the MEBAswing 320 DG
- MEBA mitre system: Rotating table avoids sawing up of the material support. Material is always clamped rectangular and close to the saw blade.
- Semi-automatic sawing process with workpiece clamping-saw-raising to the set height after the cut is complete
- MEBA high-performance package: Infinitely variable hydraulic cutting pressure and feed monitoring on the back of the saw band.
- This means optimal conditions for every sawing task, ie constant pressure with solid material and constant feed with thin-walled profiles.
- Rapid lowering of the saw frame via a push button to the edge of the material
- Manual, stepless miter adjustment from 30°-135°, digital readout with an accuracy of 0.1°
- The miter pivot point is the point of intersection between the saw blade and the fixed clamping jaw, so there is no change in the length when the angle changes.
- Hydraulic full stroke workpiece clamping - CETOP hydraulic system
- Material quick clamping: The material is clamped parallel in 90° at every angular position of the saw frame.
