Serienausstattung der MEBAbase 24 DG
- MEBA Gehrungssystem: Großer, mitschwenkender Tisch verhindert das Einsägen in die Materialauflagefläche - geringe Verschleißkosten! Das Material ist immer rechtwinklig dicht am Sägeband gespannt.
- Hydraulische Materialspannung. Bei jeder Winkelstellung des Sägerahmens wird das Material parallel in 90° gespannt.
- Ergonomische Arbeitshöhe, 900mm
- Manuelle Gehrungseinstellung von 90° - 30°, stufenlos nach Skala auf 1,0° Genauigkeit
- Gehrungsdrehpunkt ist Schnittpunkt zwischen Sägeband und Materialanlage, weshalb keine Veränderung des Längenmaßes, bei wechselnder Winkelstellung, erzeugt wird
