MEBAeco: The multifunctional talent
2-column linear guided double mitre metal bandsawing machine with stepless mitre adjustment 30° - 45° - 90° - 135° Heavy duty metal cutting bandsawing machine with patented mitre system(ERP Nr. 0491120). Especially suitable for cutting material with different cross-sections. For frequent change of straight and mitre cuts. The universally useable double mitre metal bandsawing machine MEBAeco 335 DGA-1000 is ergonomically developed and the relation between efficiency and price is optimal. The MEBAeco 335 DGA-1000 is easy to operate. The performance of the machine is according to the CE-norm 89/289.

- MEBA - Visualized program input with CNC control Fully automatic operation with any angle specification from 30° to 135°, length, and number of pieces. Simple program creation and management of up to 255 programs. The operating personnel enter the sawing task in the display mask using a sectional view. Input errors are minimized and simple and reliable creation of production orders by different operators is guaranteed.
- MEBA high-performance package: Saw feed via servo-controlled ball screw drive with automatic cutting pressure and feed monitoring. This ensures optimum conditions for every sawing task, i.e., constant pressure for solid material and constant feed for thin-walled profiles.
- Fast and precise material length feed via backlash-free ball screw and servo positioning technology.

- Rapid descent of the saw frame via push button to the edge of the material
- Patented double miter system (ERP No. 0491120) Unique automatic double miter band saw, where double miters can be set easily and economically by simply swiveling the saw frame and the material support.
- Automatic clamp movement and digital miter adjustment to 0.1°. The material clamp moves automatically in the direction of flow according to the desired miter, ensuring that the material is always clamped at right angles and close to the saw blade.
- The miter pivot point is the intersection between the saw blade and the fixed clamping jaw, which means that the length measurement does not change when the angle position is altered.
- Hydraulic full-stroke workpiece clamping. At every angle position, the material is clamped parallel at 90°, thus eliminating any force components that press the material diagonally against the fixed clamping jaws. Stable two-column linear-guided saw frame
