The universal helper: smart and uncomplicated
Semi-automatic version. Particularly suitable for versatile use with different cross-sections, materials, and frequently changing miter cuts. The universally applicable MEBAswing 320 DG miter band saw is ergonomically refined and offers an excellent price-performance ratio. The machine control complies with CE standard 89/289.Standard equipment
- Semi-automatic sawing cycle with workpiece clamping – cutting – lifting to the preset height after completion of the cut
- MEBA high-performance package: stepless hydraulic monitoring of cutting pressure and feed at the back of the saw blade, ensuring optimal conditions for every sawing task, i.e., constant pressure for solid material and constant feed for thin-walled profiles
- Rapid lowering of the saw frame via push button down to the material edge
- Manual, stepless miter adjustment from 30° to 135° with digital readout to 0.1° accuracy
- The miter pivot point is the intersection of the saw blade and the fixed clamping jaw, ensuring no change in length when the angle is adjusted
- Hydraulic full-stroke workpiece clamping – CETOP hydraulic system
- Rapid material clamping: at any saw frame angle, the material is clamped parallel at 90°
