• Modern, vibration-damping saw frame guidance using 2-column linear guide technology for increased cutting performance and extended blade life.
• Extremely powerful saw blade drive with frequency-controlled AC motor, offering high efficiency and low energy consumption.
• Overload protection for the saw drive and electronic minimum speed monitoring.
• Infinitely variable feed control via ball screw spindle drive, ensuring optimal conditions for every cutting task: constant pressure on solid material and constant feed on thin-walled profiles.
• 67 mm saw blade for maximum performance and superior cutting results across a wide range of materials and cross-sections.
• Saw blade inclined at 3° to the material support surface for further optimization of cutting quality.
• Saw blade drive with automatic shut-off and rapid return of the saw frame after cut completion.
  
• Hydraulic saw blade tensioning with pressure relief when the machine is at a standstill.
• Hydraulic full-stroke material clamping, suitable for full-stroke bundle clamping.
• Hydraulically lowerable material clamping vice for fast and gentle material positioning.
  
• Two additional heavy-duty material support rollers on both sides of the clamping vice.
