Ambiguities
You are still unclear about a technical detail, for example? Simply trigger an order or inquiry and inform us in the last step via the "Note" text field about your questions, wishes and comments. These will of course be clarified before your order is processed further.
Inquiry function
If you are not sure, you can always use the non-binding "inquiry" function in the shopping cart. You will then receive a non-binding offer from one of our MEBA employees or you can ask us for a consultation on the phone or on site. The big advantage: You can put the products you are interested in to desired quantities into the shopping cart. These will be transmitted to us with the inquiry.
Price and payment
1. in the absence of a special agreement, the prices are ex works including loading in the factory, but excluding packaging and unloading. To the prices the value added tax in the respective legal height is added.
2. the payment takes place by: - Prepayment - Invoice - PayPal
3. in the case of payment in advance, we will provide the customer with our bank details in the order confirmation. The invoice amount is then immediately net after receipt of the order confirmation without deduction to our account.
In case of payment by invoice, the invoice amount is to be transferred to our account within 14 days net after receipt of the invoice without deduction. Services are due after receipt of the invoice, immediately net.
5. with the payment method Paypal you pay the invoice amount via the online provider PayPal (Europe) S.à.r.l. & Cie, S.C.A., 22 - 24 Boulevard Royal, 2449 Luxembourg (hereinafter "PayPal"). You must be registered with PayPal (www.paypal.de) or register first. You will be redirected to the PayPal site during the ordering process and can log in there with your user data and confirm the payment to us. In this case, the purchase price is due for payment immediately.
Mode of shipment, transfer of risk, acceptance
1. orders are shipped with our shipping service provider UPS, if this is possible. For larger and heavier orders, the appropriate shipping method and carrier will be chosen at our reasonable discretion.
2. the risk shall pass to the customer when the delivery item has left the factory, even if partial deliveries are made or the supplier has assumed other services, e.g. the shipping costs or delivery and installation. If acceptance is required, this shall be decisive for the passing of risk. It must be carried out immediately on the acceptance date, alternatively after the Supplier's notification of readiness for acceptance. The Purchaser may not refuse acceptance in the event of a non-essential defect.

The Supplier undertakes to take out the insurance policies requested by the Purchaser at the latter's expense.
