Telephone and video support as well as remote access to machines with a modem are included. In addition, the package includes a spare parts and maintenance discount of 5% each.
The new possibility of live audio and video chats as well as the live exchange of images, videos and documents are also included.

Router + service package EXTEND DIGITAL:

The "Service EXTEND DIGITAL" package is ideal for all customers who have a MEBA machine with remote access via modem. In addition to the possibility of eliminating faults more quickly through remote access and thus increasing machine availability, you receive a top service level.

All included services of the "Service EXTEND" package are included plus in the future the MEBA app, which will be expanded to include helpful online functions, as well as spare parts and maintenance discounts of 10%. Important: If your existing saw meets the technical requirements, it can be retrofitted and made fit for "Service EXTEND DIGITAL".
