MEBAmat: The powerhouse for efficient production use
For the most diverse sawing tasks and maximum productivity: The high-performance automatic machine for even larger dimensions saws everything from soft to extremely hard, with all tools, from bimetal to carbide. Thanks to fully networked and automated processes, ancillary costs are reduced to a minimum and only minimal manpower is required: ideal for continuous use in single or multi-shift operation. The enclosed design enables safe and clean operation.

High-performance sawing with thin-cutting package: with 54 x 1.3 or 54 x 1.1 mm saw bladeit 54 x 1,3 oder 54 x 1,1 mm Sägeband
The drive power is increased from 5.5 kW to a maximum of 15 kW, thereby increasing the maximum cutting speed from 150 m/min to 350 m/min. Optimised band tension when using 1.3 or 1.1 mm wide saw bands, no adjustment by the sawing personnel necessary.
